Blood Pressure Morning Formula
Contents: Celery (Apium graveolens), Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna), Moringa (Moringa oleifera), Kudzu (Pueraria lobata), Snakeroot (Rauvolfia serpentina), Grape Seed (Vitis vinifera).
Indications: In treatment of diseases related to both cause and effect of high blood pressure.
Actions: Helps to reduce peripheral vascular resistance by relaxing the blood vessels, thus lowering high blood pressure. Causes a fall in systolic, diastolic, and mean arterial blood pressure.
Administration: First week: 1 or 2 capsules upon arising, then 1 capsule again mid morning, between meals. Must be taken concurrently with Compound BPL PM in equal amounts.
Second week: 1 capsule upon arising, but only if blood pressure is high. 1 capsule again midday, but only if blood pressure is high
Take for three weeks on, then one week off, IF blood pressure remains normal. The patient may find he no longer needs this medication package after a time. Close monitoring of blood pressure required.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, prescribe 2 caps each time, but only for a short time. Do not take more than prescribed. Or by Practitioner prescription, which may vary from these instructions.
Effects are realized over time. Usually two days are required to see significant changes, however lowered blood pressure can be observed by the middle of the first day. Be patient.
Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.
Cautions: Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not take more than prescribed. Do not take if low blood pressure. Do not take with pharma blood pressure meds. Do not combine with Compound ENG.

Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) (YANG). Bark stem. Maintains normal blood pressure. Improves blood flow, lowers high blood pressure, dissolves plaque, decreases blood sugar level, diarrhea, asthma, cough, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, and etc.
Celery (Apium graveolens) (YANG). The seeds of the celery plant are safe and effective treatments for high blood pressure.
Moringa (Moringa oleifera) (YANG). A crude extract from Moringa oleifera, the most cultivated plant in its genus, causes a fall in systolic, diastolic, and mean arterial blood pressure.
Kudzu (Pueraria lobata) (YANG). A member of the pea family, kudzu root is officially recognized in China as a muscle relaxant, fever reducer, and a treatment for hypertension. An isoflavone extracted from kudzu has been shown clinically to reduce blood pressure and heart rate.
Snakeroot (Rauvolfia serpentina) (YANG). Snakeroot is considered to be one of the most antihypertensive plants. A purified alkaloid from snakeroot, reserpine, was the first effective drug used in the long term treatment of hypertension, though it is rarely used today.
Grape Seed (Vitis vinifera). Studies have shown that taking grape seed extract every day for four weeks can help to significantly lower your blood pressure when you’re suffering from metabolic syndrome.
