Contents: Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica), Bacopa monnieri (Bacopa monnieri), Oat Straw (Avena sativa), Rhodiola rosea (Rhodiola rosea), Alfalfa (Medicago sativa), Maca (Lepidium meyenii).
Indications: Increase in general alertness and energy without caffeine. Non addictive. Improves memory, alertness, and endurance. Helps boost energy levels, improves concentration, and boosts mood. Reduce mental fatigue, boosts brain function and mood, and increase exercise performance. Effects increase over two to three days, and are subtle but substantial in effect.
Actions: A subtle combination of herbs that naturally stimulate the brain, nerves, and body, without causing sugar imbalance, sleep problems, etc. Non-addictive. Many people find they no longer need this medication after a short while, as the body naturally comes back into energy balance.
Administration: 1 capsule, 1 or 2 times each day, before breakfast and or lunch. Do not take if several hours before bedtime.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, prescribe 1 or 2 X per day. Maximum 2 caps each time.
Take for one or two weeks max, then one week off. Do not take more than prescribed.
Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.
