Relaxing Expectorant lungs (Cool)
Contents: Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis), Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Comfrey (Symphytum officinale).
Indications: For cases of chronic lung complaints, coughs, colds, wheeziness, air pollution congestion, etc. for nighttime consumption.
Actions: Anti-inflammatory, astringent, demulcent, expectorant, mucilagenous, nutritive, styptic, vulnerary.
Administration: 1 capsule, each 30 minutes to one hour until results are obtained, beginning preferably 30 minutes or more after evening meal. Maximum 4-6 capsules each night.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, take 2 capsules each 30 minutes. Maximum 6- 8 capsules per night.
Do not take more than prescribed.

Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.

Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis). The leaves and roots, contains polysaccharides that have antitussive, mucilaginous, and antibacterial properties. Because of this, marshmallow has a soothing effect on inflamed membranes in the mouth and throat when ingested orally.
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra). Chemicals in licorice may reduce inflammation, thin mucus secretions, decrease cough, and increase the body’s ability to heal ulcers. Caution if there is high blood pressure.
Comfrey (Symphytum officinale). Anti-inflammatory, astringent, demulcent, expectorant, mucilagenous, nutritive, styptic, vulnerary.
