Relaxing Expectorant lungs (Cool)
Contents: Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis), Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Comfrey (Symphytum officinale).
Indications: Relaxing Expectorant for Lungs, Sinus, Ears, and Nose. Limits coughing.
Actions: Anti-inflammatory, astringent, demulcent, expectorant, mucilagenous, nutritive, styptic, vulnerary.
Administration: 1 capsule each 15 minutes until results are achieved, maximum 20 capsules per day. After results are achieved, take one per hour until not needed again.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, prescribe 1 or 2 capsules each time, maximum 2 capsules each time.
Do not take more than prescribed. Or by Practitioner prescription, which may vary from these instructions.
Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.
Cautions: Avoid dairy products and mucous-producing foods. Do not take more than prescribed.

Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis). The leaves and roots, contains polysaccharides that have antitussive, mucilaginous, and antibacterial properties. Because of this, marshmallow has a soothing effect on inflamed membranes in the mouth and throat when ingested orally.
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra). Chemicals in licorice may reduce inflammation, thin mucus secretions, decrease cough, and increase the body’s ability to heal ulcers. Caution if there is high blood pressure.
Comfrey (Symphytum officinale). Anti-inflammatory, astringent, demulcent, expectorant, mucilagenous, nutritive, styptic, vulnerary.
