Contents: Gotu Kola / Pennywort (Centella asiatica), Marigold, Common (Calendula Officinalis), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Rhodiola root (Rhodiola rosea), Brahmi / Water Hysop (Bacopa monnieri), Cistanche (Cistanche), Sweet flag / Calamus / Vacha (Acorus calamus).
Indications: For those in need of improved brain and memory function. An herbal nootropic, that helps to increase uptake of oxygen and glucose the brain and nervous system.
Actions: Boosts energy and relieves fatigue, help calm your body’s stress response. Decreases cortisol (the “stress hormone”) response. Decreases both mental and physical fatigue, helping with physical performance, exhaustion, brain fog, concentration, mental burn-out, moodiness.
Administration: 1 capsule, 1 time each day, 1 hour after the specified meal while digestion is still active, but the stomach is mostly empty, thereby producing the best effect with the least amount of discomfort.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, prescribe 1 or 2 X per day. Maximum 2 caps each time. Take for three weeks, then one week off. Do not take more than prescribed. Or by Practitioner prescription, which may vary from these instructions.
Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.

Brahmi / Water Hysop (Bacopa monnieri). A concentrated source of triterpenoid saponins, which are known as bacosides that produce brain-function-boosting effects. Improves overall brain function, especially the speed of information processing and reaction time. A memory enhancer, especially useful for those who may be suffering from age-related memory loss.
Cistanche (Cistanche sbb). Promotes the release of nitric oxide, increasing levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), a protein found in the brain and spinal cord that plays a key role in keeping nerve cells (neurons) healthy, as well as regulating communication between nerve cells, which is critical for learning and memory.
Calamus (Acorus calamus). Mildly psychoactive. Calamus enhances brain function, improves memory power, increases intellectual capacity due to stimulating proper blood circulation to the brain.
