Contents: Milky oats (Avena sativa), Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea), Sweet flag (Acorus calamus).
Indications: For those suffering with high levels of cortisol (the “stress hormone”), diminished physical performance, exhaustion, brain fog, and concentration. Helpful for those experiencing burnout related symptoms, including emotional exhaustion, decreased performance in work or life tasks, mood disorders, and overall fatigue.
Actions: Like other adaptogenic herbs, it decreases cortisol (the “stress hormone”) response, which can be helpful with physical performance, exhaustion, brain fog, and concentration. Helpful for those experiencing burnout related symptoms, including emotional exhaustion, decreased performance in work or life tasks, mood disorders, and overall fatigue. Antidepressant, anxiolytic, nervine, nervous system tonic & trophorestorative, nutritional, hypolipidemic, cardiotonic, demulcent, emollient, vulnerary, antispasmodic.
Administration: First 3 days one capsule after breakfast, and one capsule after lunch, 1 hour after the specified meal. When results are achieved, then scale back to once per day in the morning, then stop when no longer needed. Take maximum for three weeks, then one week off. Do not take more than prescribed.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, prescribe 2 capsules each time.
