Indications: For anyone experiencing difficulty falling to sleep under normal circumstances.
Actions: Primarily prescribed for uninterrupted sleep, Compound SPQ can reduce feelings of anxiety and provide relief from overwhelming emotions. Effects are subtle to moderate during first use, and usually require two or three nights of sequential use to fully realize benefits. Some people find that sleep sequences naturally come to balance after a few nights of use, and Compound SPQ may then no longer be needed.
Administration: One hour before bed, take 1 or 2 capsules with a small amount of water. If needing a stronger effect, 1 or 2 more capsules may also be taken again, one ½ hour before bed if needed. Do not take more than 4 per 24 hours.
Effects become more pronounced on subsequent nights.
We suggest CP SPQ not be taken for more than 1 or 2 weeks in row. Take one week off after each two weeks of consuming CP SPQ. Do not take more than prescribed. Or by Practitioner prescription, which may vary from these instructions.
Storage: Store well-sealed in a freezer if not needed for longer periods, refrigerate other times.
