Edema and Diuretic Relief
Contents: Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.), Parsley (Petroselinum crispum), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Celery seed (Apium graveolens), Horsetail (Equisetum arvense).
Indications: In treatment of minor water retention. Slowly stimulates excess water retention via urination. In more extreme cases, to be combined with other medicines listed below.
Actions: A natural, mellow diuretic. Gently relieves legs and body swelling due to some health conditions, such as heart or kidney ailments.
Administration: 1 capsule, 30 to 60 minutes after the specified meal(s), once or twice per day, while digestion is still active, but the stomach is mostly empty, thereby producing the best effect with the least amount of discomfort.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, prescribe 2 capsules, 2 times per day. Or by Practitioner prescription, which may vary from these instructions.
Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.
Cautions: Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not take more than prescribed. Do not take if you are taking conventional diuretics. Do not take for more than 1-2 weeks, or otherwise only by prescription.

Okay to consume with all BSI Medications and therapies, but must be prescribed on a per-individual basis. Co-prescription research is always advised.
Do not take if you are taking conventional diuretics. Can potentially interact with blood-thinning medications, such as warfarin (Coumadin), among others.

Celery seed (Apium graveolens). Celery increases the output of urine that the body produces because of all of the potassium that it contains. So it is considered a natural diuretic. Relieves legs swelling due to some health conditions, such as heart or kidney ailments.
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.). Fennel seeds contain anethole, limonene, anisic aldehyde, pinene, mycrene and cineole. These make fennel an excellent remedy for Edema.
Parsley leaves (Petroselinum crispum). Excellent remedy for edema in hands, legs, ankles and feet.
Horsetail (Equisetum arvense). Horsetail quickly improves pain associated with inflammation, by rapidly reducing edema. Horsetail si also a natural anti-microbial.
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis). Rosemary is rich in iron, calcium, and vitamin B-6, as well as antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, as such an effective remedy for pulmonary and other edemas.
